SGBs will advise clubs on how to continue to support and develop one or more talented players and in many instances can offer support and guidance as they move along the performance pathway.

Each SGB’s individual plan for performance and performance pathways should ensure that players are provided with advice, guidance and specific access to the correct programmes at the earliest opportunity.
